Job description
Position Summary
과장급 1명 및 사원~과장급 2명. 품질관리, 고객사 대응, NCR, 원인분석 및 개선활동. 자동차 부품 품질 경험 우대.
Responsibilities
- Monitor manufacturing and product quality
- Investigate nonconformances and coordinate NCR and corrective actions
- Conduct root-cause analysis and customer issue response
- Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation
- Partner with engineering and production on continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- One manager-level opening and two staff-to-manager openings (approximately three total)
- Automotive parts quality experience preferred
- Knowledge of NCR, root-cause analysis and customer quality response
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
